If I make a movie and the title is the same as a copyrighted product, but i have no intnetion on making money from the film, I just want to put it on youtube, could I/will I be sued for that?

You more than likely wouldn’t be sued but you could be blocked. I put up a video on Facebook that had one popular song in it and it blocked me (I think that was why). I would try it and if it won’t let you post try either a different name or a different site.
