Is it safe? I take those meds but I do not take the Alli but I do want to.I know you don’t need a script to get the med Alli because it’s sold over the counter but I’d like to know if it’s safe and whats your personal take on it? Is it safe to take with my other meds?

I really don’t think so. Any weight loss drug, OTC or not, is going to either change your metabolism or (frankly) give you diarrhea.
All of the medications, especially lithium, are very potent, and to get stable on them is a balancing act, which even an OTC weight loss drug may upset.
Lithium especially has what is called a narrow therapeutic window. What that means is that too little doesn’t work, but just a little too much is toxic, and the difference between the two is very slim.
Don’t do it without talking to a pharmacist, or if you don’t have a regular pharmacist ask your doctor.
