I have a windows XP.
I love making videos with cool effects and stuff but windows movie maker is way too simple.
the effects are boring and there is only a select few.
is there a better video editing software with cooler and funner effects+more things to do?

You’re not going to find anything better for free. I’d recommend getting Adobe Premiere Elements. It’s good and reasonably priced.
