Why does light appear yellow?
Is it really yellow?
If you put a thin blue plastic under it, and point it at a white paper..would it look blue or green?

Light comes in all different colors. If all light appears yellow to you, you should talk to your doctor.
What is the “it” you are putting a piece of plastic under?
“diagram below” is where?
Light will slow down as it moves into water. Water has a refractive index of 1.33, so speed of light in water is reduced by that factor to 2.26e8 m/s.
I don’t know what “fegract” means.
