Question by Em.: How can I make a first date to the movies with a guy perfect and fun?
I’m 15, and a guy I’ve liked for a while just asked me out to the movies. I think he’s pretty shy, but I’m really glad/nervous about this whole thing. It’s gonna be my first date ever, so it’s pretty important to me. Please tell me if you have any experiences like this and what to expect and little tips and tricks to make the date fun and not awkward. I want this date to be a step forward, not one backwards. Topics and conversation starters would be great! Oh and also, should I expect to pay for my own ticket and popcorn and drink? I just don’t have much experience with this stuff.So please help me 🙂 Any advice will be appreciated!

Well you need to pick the right movie, something you are both into. This way you have something to talk about on the next date (As of right now I recommend Avatar.) Make sure you don’t over dress. Wear something cute but not to flashy. Jeans and a cute top never fail! Be yourself, make him laugh a lot. But when the movie starts try not to talk to much, guys tend to be annoyed by that. You can take your own money, but most likely hes going to pay. After all he was the one who invited. Good luck and remember to always be yourself because that’s the person he fell for. =]
