Q&A: How can i make Scenes in DVD maker on vista.?

Question by Alan D: How can i make Scenes in DVD maker on vista.?
I am currently trying to burn a DVD but i need the scenes to start in certain places in the movie, but it’s always random. Does anyone know how to make it so i can select where the scenes are, if not possible with DVD maker, can you point out a freeware program that can do such a thing?
