like write on a peice a paper what i think would be good and make the crowd cheer, and all that.

Go to university, achieve qualifications in television script writing, then spend several years plying your trade in sit-coms and as many other television programs as you possibly can. Then, and only then, will WWE consider you as a writer for their shows. Which may well explain why their shows haven’t been particularly good since they introduced this policy.
