Question by K: how do i make my movies in slow motion with the new windows movie maker?
The new ones weird and im confused there is no video effects in video tools…can somone help? thanks x

The new Windows Movie Maker is from Essentials (which is actually Windows Live Movie Maker). It does not have the Slow Down, Speed Up effects.

Download the older v2.6 of Windows Movie Maker for that effect. Click on the download link below. And don’t worry… you can have both versions of the program since they are stand-alone applications.
