Question by Danny Z: How easy is it to get a movie titles copyrighted?
and how cheap?
I have a list of movie names I want to make someday but don’t want others to use it. I want to have them copyrighted. How do I go about to doing that.

Oh that’s not a copyright situation (you can’t copyright names or titles), that’s a “tramark/tradename.”

BUT trademark laws do NOT allow you to register a trademark UNLESS you have the actual product ready for trade. In simple words “no movie = no trademark.”
