I’m talking to a director and he wants me to play an old woman in his independent movie. I’m 19 so obviously I don’t have much experience playing an elderly woman. Any tips and pointers acting wise? I don’t need tips on what to wear or how to do my make up, simply tips of becoming a believable old woman. thanks!

How to play an elderly woman? That’s easy. Elderly people aren’t really aware of their surroundings so all you have to do is dress nice and kind of invite yourself into their home. Tell the elderly woman she cooks nicely and that you need to rest, or if she needs to rest, help her into bed. When you have her in bed, just pull em down and slip right in. She’ll probably fall asleep or just not realize that you’re inside of her, so just finish up and leave. She probably won’t remember you either. Hope this helps!
