I AM A SAUSAGE MAKER BY TRADE. I WANT TO START A BUSINESS TEACHING PEOPLE TO MAKE SAUSAGE. MAKEING SAUSAGE AT HOME IS A REWARDING AND INTERESTING CRAFT. IN COMPLEXITY IT IS SOMEWHERE BETWEEN MAKING BREAD AND MAKING BEER OR WINE. THE REWARD COMES IN THE FLAVOURS THAT CAN’T BE MATCHED BY THE INDUSTRIAL SAUSAGE FOUND IN THE SUPERMARKET AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF BEING IN CONTROL OF EVERY INGREDIENY THAT GOES INTO THE SAUSAGE. MY PLANS ARE TO MAKE A MOVIE, SHOWING STEP BY STEP, START TO FINISH

I think you got a hit. Just keep the price low so the average man can buy it, I’m interested in making sausage.
