The movie is based on:

The government wanted to design a program that would develop the ultimate killing machine. After years of thought, they decided on a plan where land of different types of terrain would be purchase and made for practice grounds for non-adopted orphans. The orphans would be place in these environments with a gun and a knife and they would have to kill each other every day and once the orphans turn the age of 21, if they had survived, they would be shipped out to war.

What would be the name that you would give it?
Oh and they plan to escape aswell
they = orphans
