hi i have lots of my own snaps.i want to manipulate it more in styles like for e.g. – i want to place my own picture besides any celebrity or in any movie wallpaper to make a strong impression on my friends….
is thr free tools ,or something else is thr ????/

You need an image editor (like Photoshop, or Elements or PaintShopPro), and a LOT of hours of work learning to use it.
There are free websites, too, but they are limited in what you can do (e.g. www.picnik.com and www.fotoflexer.com).
