Basically, i have a female actress who is going to carry out this certain scene where she is stepping on an object which she is crushing to show her power (she’s a giantess). I need something, anything that would produce a healthy “crush” or “crunch” sound under her foot. Has anyone got any ideas please?

Plastic cups? Cornflakes? Snails (though I, personally wouldn’t do that) or dry leaves.
