Is there a program that easily makes screeen caps from tv shows & movies or do you have to do it on your own ? Screen capping is pretty popular these days there’s whole sites dedicated to it so people can use the pictures for live journal icons n such.

How I would do it:
1. Pause where you want the Cap to happen
2. Hit the ‘printscreen’ button with it showing clearly on the screen. (No other window blocking it on top)
3. Open up the ‘screen capture’ you just did by hitting printscreen in MS paint or photoshop or paint.net, your choice.
4. Crop the video clip screen out of the ‘screen capture’ picture.

This is the easy way of just doing it quick without needing to install other apps. If you want to install other apps, look online there are millions, the one I use is called “Miro” player.
