Its not already on your computer.
Myth #1 Solved.
You must go to cnet.com and click downloads. From there, type in the search box “Wndows Movie Maker” and it should be one of the results. Its free.
Now, you must, if you have not already, upload the anime files to your computer from either your Dvds or limewire or whatever the heck you are using. After that, you go into windows movie maker. Import the movie files from whereever you had them uploaded or saved. Then you drag them onto the timeline and you can edit from there. Tutorials are helpful when using video editing software but its not real awful hard to figure out.
When you’re done, save your project and you can then upload it to youtube. (If its small enough in size). If its too large then you need to lower the quality of your movie by saving it as avi or something not as high quality as mpeg or mov. Im not sure if WMMaker can change the file type or not but there are plenty of free software out there to change the file type.
When you’re finished, try uploading it.
