Q&A: Need help with video editing software?

Question by Barb: Need help with video editing software?
My hubby has thousands of hours of hunting video recorded on his old-school high 8 tapes. I’v located a local businss to put them on dvd’s for me. I’d like to take it a step further and make somewhat professional looking hunting movies. I’m not completely computer illiterate, but not a “techy” either.
