Q&A: Should I underline a movie title in Spanish?

Question by turkeydinner: Should I underline a movie title in Spanish?
I’m writing an essay in Spanish and I mention the title of a movie. I was told by my professor not to use <<>> (Spanish quotes). Should I underline the title of the movie, make it bold, italic, etc.?
I’m just not sure because I know that the title does not need to be capitalized…. which makes me think I may not need to underline it or anything… but that seems weird? lol

i would say underline it.
