Q&A: Stress issues over TTC?
Question by Aim: Stress issues over TTC?
I heard that if ur ttc, both partners should try taking these stress pills that Wal-Mart sells over the counter for at least 2 months to help u relax a little more. So my question is whats the difference if any if u take those or already have a script for zoloft/anxiety issues? The zoloft helps u to relax also. Is there any difference or has any1 tried & been successful at ttc after taking?? Thanks every1 & good luck & lots of baby dust to all of us ttc.
The zoloft is completely safe when ttc & that can even be used during pregnancy. I already checked with my Dr. about those.

I would not take any drugs which are not necessary. There are many other ways to relax that doesn’t require drugs. You can go for walks at a local park or on the beach. Make a nice meal and sit and listen to soft music.
You don’t know what is in the pills which were suggested to you and it may not be good for the fetus, if you end up becoming pregnant and don’ know i and you still take the pills.
Well Good Luck and lots of baby dust.
