Team morale at my company is at an all-time low. I have been asked to come up with some ideas for some good-natured contests we can have between departments to help make everyone feel better.
The thing is, morale here is at about the level of the employees in the movie Office Space, so things like “crazy shirt day” will not do anything but patronize them.
Something fun and exciting yet realistic. Thank you in advance!

If the root causes of the poor morale aren’t addressed, then contests won’t help.
All the same, Hooters can do wonders. It’s a mystery.
