Q&A: Video Editing/Making Softwear.?

Question by Hello: Video Editing/Making Softwear.?
I love love love to take videos on my digital cameral and them uploading them to my computer and making videos. I use to use just the windows movie maker my PC came with, but it always skips and is really slow and freezes. So what video softwear can I buy. NOthing to expensive, nothing to complicated? :O

Try Photoshop. There might even be an older verson you can download for free. You can also try Photobucket on the web.
