I’m looking for some voice changing software that will work with Ventrillo or Teamspeak. Specifically software that adds a bit of interference to your voice to make it sound like you’re speaking over a radio.
It’s for Eve Online, i’ve been watching Battlestar Galactica and figure it would be cool to have my voice sound like it does over comms on TV/in movies.

With a quick glance, I was able to find a nifty free solution. It’s a piece of voice masking software that you can use in combination with Ventrilo and Teamspeak. There was a mention of it being able to add a static sound effect, which would seem to me like the way a radio would sound in space.
