Q&A: Webcam Intervolometer free program? Help?!?
Question by Mr. Person: Webcam Intervolometer free program? Help?!?
Hey ya’ll I was able to find a program by Microsoft called Timershot power toy. It wasn’t very straigtforward and it doesn’t work on Vista which I use. I have an option for use on an XP but I much prefer using my Vista… Is there any freeware programs that can take pictures at a framerate of as low as 5 seconds? then just dumping all the pictures into a desired folder for me to then to dump into Windows Movie Maker and make the movie.. but I just need to program to set it up to automatically take the photos’ from my built in webcam every couple seconds..
Please help lol 🙂 thanks. If theres a free trial or a free thing that has a watermark or something thats ok but I’d much much prefer a freeware program.
Thanks

if you’re just trying to capture yahoo webcams and put them in a video format later, you have 2 options I have used. 1. camgrab it’s a ncie program specifically meant for capturing cam images off yahoo, but it’s about $ 30. 2. screen virtuoso. it’s a program for taking screen shots, but you can cxhoose what part of the screen you capture, and it can capture sreaming video and audio. it costs about $ 30 to buy the full program, but u can use it for free if you don’t mind the statement “unregistered screen virtuoso” in the top left corner of your captures. (you can always capture the images a little taller than needed then crop that out later with a simple movie editor…)
Hope this helps…
