I am the domain owner of a built website. I was in the process of selling the website and script to a new owner and he was making monthly payments to me. He has now defaulted on his payments and has no interest in the website anymore. The domain name is still in my name and the script is still in my name. The question I have is he has installed phplink to the website and has done some cosmetic changes. Do I own these additions to the website now or does he?

Its yours for all practical purposes. Just as if he had painted a house and defaulted.
