I don’t have windows XP or vista. I have windows 98 the olddd kinda and I was wondering if there was any other movie making programs I could download and use to make real good videos? please make use of details don’t just tell me the product’s name.

There are several programs out there that should work with your Windows 98. This website has kinda brought all the different applications together by category (general applications, post production, etc.) and rated them. Each utility also has a “view full details” section.
