I’m not looking for a site where u can record yr self and post it on utube but more like take little bits from ur favorite movie, tv show ect and make it into a video. Kinda like how people can make a video about their two favorite characters from a movie or take little scenes from a movie an make it funny. I also would like the site to be free THANKS five stars for the best site

Youtube has a video editor it works right in your web browser.
You can Combine videos, Add music, Trim clips, Insert transitions, Rotate clips, Stabilize clips.
