not the little pacman ones though but the main thing is the movie whis should not be like pacman eather more like 3D

If you are looking for a 3d model maker and renderer, I suggest Blender 3d. It is free and you can make 3d models and it is very in depth. For the games, a lot of people know how to use the Unreal Tournament 2004 game engine, if you can get it for free that is. It is older, but simple enough to use and like aforementioned, knowledge is abundant. For movies, you can use 3d flash (more cartoonlike) but as for a polygon based system like you see in games today, I don’t think you can get much for free.
