I am a beginner to movie making and was wondering what movie editing software I should use to begin with. I have windows movie maker but I can’t do enough with it and want something that will let me add special effects, music, voice overs, titles and much more. Is there one program that can do this. Thanks

The best program for Windows is Adobe Premiere Elements. its an $ 80 program and its super powerful, you can do everything from green-screens, to adding overlays, etc. You can have 99 video tracks and 99 audio tracks. It supports widescreen (16:9) native editing. It also had over 50 DVD menu templates. its really cool!
