Question by Gasty: what is a program/software i can download to make videos?
Okay, so i’ve been searching for over two hours searching for a good program/ software i can download with no money that i can make videos with. I need a program that edits the video, subtitles, effects, color changing in the video. I’ve try something like WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER, but it is plain and i cannot do lots of stuff with it.

PLEASE HELP ME !!
