I am making a very important video for my sisters graduation. I want to make it special. Using photos and videos I am going to make a slideshow of them (photos and videos) as well as music in the background. I need one with the following:
Ability to add photos, videos, and audio
transition effects
video effects
I need something good and cheap $ 20 and under.I tried windows movie maker but it was ok. I also have heard of magix.
