Question by NightFox819: What is the best video Program to make a movie? Read Details?
I currently have a project for school and I have a unique way of doing this but are unable to figure out what program would be the best..I will be explaining this as simple as possible, forgive me for the amateur words I use.
I recently saw this one TV where there was a movie playing and at the bottom of the screen you could see some movie seats with two characters making up words for the film as it went along.
