What is the college major that is for being a sound guy or a camera man in the movies?
Basically, what are the majors that have to do with movie making. and specifically, say i wanted to be the sound guy in movie making whatever that is called, what major in college would that be called?

Also does anyone know anything of a major for like: say i wanted to be the technology guy for NBC or a news station something like that. what major would that be called?

Video production. Or ask a counselor a sound technician for sound, but like I said video production does everything having to do with television or movies
