Q&A: What questions to ask in a 2nd inteview?

Question by Trixy L: What questions to ask in a 2nd inteview?
Ive been offered a 2nd interview and been told to bring in a notepad with questions to ask the director. Now ive looked through the internet and all the questions they tell you to ask mean nothing to me, i don’t want to sound scripted and I’m assuming my competition will ask the same questions, can anyone give me some ideas that might impress the director please. Its a selling role

What qualities will a person need to be successful in this position?

What are your expectations of me (if it’s sales, then ask about quotas).

How did this position become available — because of growth or did someone leave?

Overtime is not a problem for me — is there usually much overtime?

Is there a formal training process?

If it’s with the director, don’t ask about benefits and salary yet.
