Question by WALLEY: What should I Do After HS?
My Dream is to go to California. I want to work in the film industry. Either Making Movies or Music Videos or both. I dont have Great Grades so i know i probably am not gonna get into a good school, so what should I do? Should I go to a Community College in Cali and pursue my dream there will in CC and then go to a vocational school or transfer to a good school. Is it possible to not go to college and still make it? Does anyone have any suggestions. Also, is FULL SAIL a good film school?

Do whatever you need to do to get an education in your chosen field. Research good schools for communications/filmmaking etc. and find out what their requirements are. And don’t rule anything out based on your grades. Some of the most creative people have a hard time getting good grades because the subjects they’re forced to take in HS bore them.
And for what it’s worth I went to a smaller State College that had an okay communications department. One of my friends from there (hugely talented) now owns very successful television production studios in both LA and NYC.
Get into the best school that you can and utilize your drive and talent to the max.
Sorry–I have no idea about FULL SAIL. It might be great. I’ve never heard of it, but I’ve been out of college for a lot of years now.
