Question by blamethefool: Whats a good computer program to make a movie with?
I am getting a new camera which is MPEG convertable and I have Window’s Movie Maker, but I wanted to know if there is a program with more advanced movie editing techniques and things of that nature.

Start out with Windows movie maker. It is one of the few windows programs that is pretty good. If you are serious about film i suggest you get a mac and use IMOVIE
