yes there is. Have you ever Heard of Vocaloid? Whell….all of the animation for te music videos are done by fans and some that have taken months to make get money for them. Also comeing up with ideas for manga w/ character desighns could get you some money too. It also works with anime movies. Just come up with a good plot/storyline and then make your own character desighns and do it at home or Send it to an anime group. Good Luck makig your movies! (^_^)
