I have great collection of good movies including Hollywood and Bollywood now i want to make a website where movie freaks can download movies of there choice and also it provide online watching movie features i want to ask about legal and copyright issues whether it is legal to make such a website or not and if legal what are its dependencies and boundaries ?

If it’s copyright, then it’s illegal, unless you get permission from the studio.
