hi…
i have a few questions about animations…

1.Is anime using traditional animation??
2.Are the movements in anime made using drawings??
3.How many frames to do a 30 minutes animation
4.Is the camera’s focus also based on the drawings??
5.Can a whole 30 minutes animation can be done only by using Windows Movie Maker??
6.What can replace camera??
7.Where to get cels??
8.THE MOST IMPORTANT—WHAT IS THE BEST SOFTWARE FOR 2D MOVIES??

how do anime make 2d movies??Is what they do is just drawing the frames then scan it into the computer then arrange it in order??

I think your queries would be better answered by folks on this site www.animationcouncil.org/

1. some use traditional anjimation (though more and more anime today use some digital effects)

2. Yes, the movements are mostly hand-drawn still.

Some animators use pen-tablets nowadays… the use of cels are getting smaller and smaller..
