Price difference overall is about $ 10, PC#1 is more but no shipping so they come out pretty close.

Second one, though smaller, has less memory, much smaller hard drive.
All Vista (all except home basic) now come with free upgrade to Windows 7.
Second machine, no mention of expansion slots, there may not be many. If you ever want to upgrade the video card, the first system has the proper slots, the second is unknown…
So, with the first, you get more memory, but slightly slower processor, free upgrade to Windows 7 home premium 64. larger disk drive and a video expansion slot available…. Small form factor PCs are not made for upgrading, so it all depends on what you expect from the system after a year or two….
