Im in 8th grade and I really need help thinking of ideas for this digital movie making class!! Any ideas? It doesnt have to be filmed in the school or about school. And i dont want it to be about dont do drugs or something. Im looking for more of a scary comedy. Not cheesy!! Every idea my group has is cheesy (no offense to my group lol) Also it has to be school appropriate (catholic school but dont do an idea thats religious seriously haha) so no guns or things about sex. I think we can have fake knives and water guns. We want to film some of this in the woods so include that, but not the whole story in the woods. We were thinking about a funny scene with the water guns also.

some friends go backpacking and get lost in a canyon where a Serial killer is presumed to have taken refuge from the police. Night falls and they forgot to pack their flash lights. there is no service for cell phones and water is running low. one person has a video camera with night vision.
