Love everything.
Simply because you can, love the rain when it ruins your perfectly styled hair.
Love the cold when you forgot your jumper.
Love fruit and veg because it’s good for you.
Love movies that make you cry.
Love getting up for work when you’ve had three hours sleep.
Love missing the bus.
Love it when your CF camera card reads ‘FULL’
Love it all because it’s life and it’s as real as anything.
This is my most recent self portrait, and it didn’t come out quite as I was expecting it to. I wanted my hair flowing out behind me for a more dramatic shot, so I spent ages searching the house for our rather large fan… Which surprisingly I couldn’t find, even though it’s taller than me!
When I eventually found it in the front room I had to drag it upstairs, (nearly dropping it a few times on the way) and set up.
No matter which way I tried, it would not work. Either my hair is too heavy or our rather large fan has more bark than bite!
So instead I decided to do a dark portrait with something pretty instead, flowers 🙂 !
