we’ve been seeing each other for about 1.5 months now but we’ve known each other for about 5 months (he coaches where my girls do gymnastics). we flirted w/each other for about 7 weeks before we finally went out (he asked me to add him on FB, I asked him out via message lol)

here are the basics of what’s been happening

-first date was 3 hours (he was upfront in telling me that he is still trying to fix parts of his life so he wasn’t quite ready to be in a committed relationship but wanted to take things slowly with me)

-second date lasted 5 hours and he really opened up about being a bit scared of relationships b/c his ex-fiance did some really horrible things to him that caused him to be severely hurt and a bit stand offish about relationships. I told him I understood b/c of how nasty my last divorce was (been married twice)

-third date was a movie at his house..we sat very close to one another and he let me rest my head on his shoulder..after the movie, we sat talking for 30 mins still sitting right next to each other but when he got cold, he moved to the floor to use the blanket and apologized for not being overly cuddly..said it would change with time

-during practice,he’s always got his chest and feet facing towards me, he smiles/waves at me alot, and always makes time to talk to me after class is over

-we went out tonite and laughed w/each other the most we ever have..he kept touching my arm,shoulder and back while talking to me, and when he said goodnite to me, he put his arm around my waist and hugged me tight for a long time (this is how he always hugs me)..he then said we had 3 movies to watch still (he suggested that we start making mondays and saturdays our movie nights) and said we’d watch one this monday or tuesday..

-on the way home,he was jokingly flashing his brights on the back of my car and called me to talk to me for a few mins until his battery died..he text messaged me when he got home to tell me he’d had fun

I think time will tell…this is a Singles & Dating topic, but if you like him then keep seeing him and see where it goes…
