1. If I were to make a sonic the hedgehog, mario, etc. movie, and put it on newgrounds, can I activate revenue sharing

2. If I were to make a video game movie on youtube, or do a movie/ video game review on youtube, and end up being offered to put up adds, what would I have to do.

Mainly all I’m asking is what I have to do to make a movie involving copyrighted material.

Essentially, you need a license (i.e., permission) to utilize the copyrighted material. Short of that, you may be infringing on copyright.
