SPRINGFIELD: Retiring Toone reflects on 30 years with board
SPRINGFIELD – A Planning Board member who began his career in 1980 after raising a “big stink” about a proposal for a cable tower on Arney’s Mount, plans to retire from the board on Dec. 31.
