Survey Script – The Art of Cold Calling
In this video I go over a Survey Script that I made up as an “Ice-Breaker” when Cold Calling – You can use this Non-Confrontational Piece to 1) Help yourself get comfortable making calls 2) Get information from a potential prospect without sounding like a salesperson – Since I was in the Brokerage Industry I have NO FEAR OF THE PHONE and you should not either – Of course there are all of these “auto-pilot” courses & programs using the power of the internet to help you get & follow-up with leads; I am howevcer a ‘lil old school & if the phone is not in fashion today it will be again tomorrow – The phone will ultimately have to be used in my opinion for you to help your prospect get started &/or welcome them aboard – If you aquire a relationship with your prospects, clients & down-line you are more likely to retain them – Here is the Link to the Area Code Time Zone Chart – www.greatdata.com
