Tips for making myself look older?
Question by Yuko: Tips for making myself look older? Okay, here’s my problem. I’m a woman in my mid-20’s but I’m very small and skinny for my age…I almost have the build of a 12 year old boy. >_< I'm not sure if it's my size or my style, but for whatever reason, I almost always get mistaken for a teenage kid when I go places. I get carded for EVERYTHING from video games to movies to sharpies, and more than once the cashier has had the manager come check to make sure my ID is real, an embarrassing situation for me. (My friends around the same age never seem to have this problem.) Possibly more embarrassing though is the fact that whenever I go to the mall, I'm always getting hit on by high school kids. That is extremely awkward and I don't like it. So what I would like to know is... Has anyone been in a similar situation? What did you do to make yourself look older or at least separate yourself visually from the younger crowd? Any clothing tips, hair tips, etc, would be greatly appreciated. Best answer:
