The Sims 3 – Building a House 10 – Feelin’ Blue – Part 2 – Architecture/ Interior

Thelink to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com This was supposed to be a speed, starter house but I predicted it will become a full blown work the second I started it. Anyway, after how happy I was with the blue section of Life’s A Beach House, II decided to do a serious of colour themed houses, starting with Blue!!! Green is my favourite colour so I’ll do that last. For people who think, “There’s too much blue in this house”, I say to you, “GOOD OBSERVATION! I’ts blue for a reason!” However, the metallic white/grey thing going on may have been a bit too much so I changed the colours for the 2 bedrooms. Each installment of my ‘Colour Series’ will have a new feature that I will use for the next installment, so Green will have an amalgamation of all the previous houses making it a super house! Blue has the colour theme. House took 2 hours and 9 minutes to complete Not sure on the exact price but last it should be with in the -100k price range! Enjoy
