The Sims 3 – Building a House 12 – It’s Black, It’s White! – Part 1 – Architecture

The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com Yes, I finally finished part 3 of my ‘Coloured Series’, Black and White!!! Warning, this house may cause Sensory Deprivation! First off, I used the ‘constrainFloorElavation’ cheat to have the garage next to the foundated house. If anyone has watched my Sims 2 House 6 (go watch now if you haven’t, www.youtube.com you’d notice that I’ve basically used the same layout but alas!!! It’s relatively different. So i said that each house will add a new feature plus the ones from the previous houses but this one had a pool so there wont be a pond…. and besides, the feature was mainly the bridge, which you can watch me getting pissed off with! Even then, that was eventually cut from the house, but what I ended up with is basically a bridge…. thing. Front yard plus driveway tiling is nice! Each installment of my ‘Colour Series’ will have a new feature that I will use for the next installment, so Green will have an amalgamation of all the previous houses, effectively making it a super house! Blue has the colour theme. Orange has the pond. Black and White has the lowered living room. It’s Black, It’s White! costs 9 000 furnished and 3 000 unfurnished. It took around 4 hours to build and furnish. Enjoy!

Stroy:This is about a Mom who takes her very young daughter to the library. And the daughter ends up making a buddy with a very young boy. Evnentually they both grow up and continue being friends, then when they are teens they end up being boyfriend and grirlfriend, and finally the get married and have children. The meaning of this is that you can meet anyone anywhere and it might just be your future fiance.
