The Sims 3 – House 24 – Top Down – Part 3

The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com I decided to have a stretch of pool wrap around the house, so I could maximize the basements natural light potential, and make it look nice too, of course! I inspected the magazine more closely and saw that the third floors’ staircase area was quite nice looking, so I made this houses almost the same, the layout of the stairs is totally different but I did my best to replicate without changing everything around. I’ve started adding in the rooms, I’m making it a 4 family house, but there will be many sitting areas/ lounges as the real life house intended (judging by the pictures I assume it’s a party house) I also made the fence smaller in the corner so it looks more… less large? Finally, after lots of designing in my head, I came up with a nice solution to make the front fencer look less boring! Stay tuned! Get excited! and Enjoy!!!
