Three- Love, Lies & Betrayal.

Written by vikram bhatt and directed by debutant director vishal pandya, the movie was initially called purple lake…shot at a beautiful location near lockness lake at Scotland. The movie revolves around 3 characters and the happenings inside a house at Purple Lake. So there is Mrs. Anjini Dutt played by Nausheen Ali Sardar, who is a violin teacher running her home with whatever she earns. She is married to Rajeev Dutt who unable to earn much lives on her earnings. And this leads to anger and frustration in their relationship. one day Rajeev gathers the courage to ask her to sell the house and give him the money to invest in a business. She disagrees as the house is the only connection she has with her late parents… eventually they agree to give one portion of their house on rent. And this brings Sanjay, played by Ashish Chowdhry into the picture… who comes to stay as a tenant with the couple. Sanjay is able to sense the tension between the couple and also the lack of love in the marriage… Soon he becomes Anjini’s shoulder’s to cry on. The two fall in love! finally a day comes when Sanjay and Anjini decide to elope to london. But Sanjay catches her off guard by insisting that she sign documents to sell the house… Upon her refusal, he starts to blackmail her of disclosing their relationship to Rajeev.Sanjay’s behaviour become psychotic and Anjini had no other option but to go and confess to Rajeev. Three takes off to a really slow first half… to make make matter …
